End User License Agreement (EULA)

Core Play Studio (“Licensor”)

1. License Grant

Subject to these terms, we grant you a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to use our app/game on your device for personal, non‑commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute.

3. Ownership

All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the app remain with Core Play Studio.

4. Updates and Patches

We may provide updates or patches automatically. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.

5. Third‑Party Services

The app may integrate third‑party services (e.g. analytics, ads). Use of those services is governed by their own terms.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. We may terminate if you breach any term; upon termination, you must uninstall and destroy all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Core Play Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
